How do you price your banners?

Your banner pricing will depend on the type and size you choose. Various options are available in terms of the type of banner you want and the dimensions you choose can also be customized as per your need, hence prices vary. Please check our price page for more details.

It seems so complicated to make a banner, what information do you need from me?

It is simpler than it seems. All we need from you is the  text that you want displayed on your banner. You can also tell us what color you like or the font type to be used. You have the opportunity to put in your logos, images or custom stock photos.

How long does it take or my order to be processed?

Most orders are delivered in less than three days. However, during peak business seasons you can expect a turnaround time of one week. Incase you face unexpected delays in getting your order please contact us immediately.

I don’t have a logo, is this included with my banner?

We do not offer logo design services at the moment. If you don’t have a logo, it is ok as we will make your banner using a style that matches your webpage or any other parameter that you have.

Do you design GIF banners?

Where I can send my files/material to?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an auto response e-mail, You can response to that email with your files.

I’m not sure what I should include on my banner, can you help me?

We request from you specific text that you would like to see displayed on your banner. This can also include your chosen images and logo. If you have problems choosing your own image, we can choose for you from stock images that suit your web page. We encourage you to provide us as much relevant information as you can so that we can serve you better!

Will you do custom banner sizes as well?

Definitely! On request we do customize your banner size as well. Use our contact form to get a quote.

Everything sounds great, how do I place an order?

As soon as you are ready to make an order we are ready to serve you. Click here to fill in the order form. You can expect be asked to provide us with basic contact information. This will help us get in touch with you. You will also be required to process your payment as you fill your order form. Once you have submitted your order form, we will contact you for further information.

How do I make a payment?

You can make your payment securely via PayPal & Credit Card. You don’t need a paypal account to make the payment.

Do you offer an affiliate service?

Will you advertise my banner?

We Don’t directly handle advertising solutions for clients. Please check out www.adbrite.com.

What if I need modifications to my banner?

We are committed to client satisfaction. We will make revisions on request to provide you maximum satisfaction. We offer our clients a 5-revisions or money back satisfaction guarantee.

What types of changes/revisions are allowed?

You can request changes in color, text positioning and animated frame positioning as revisions. However, a request for a full redo of your advertisement text will qualify it as a new order and normal fees will apply – just like you are ordering another banner.

Does BannerDesign.net accept orders with adult content?

Yes, we accept all jobs as long as they do not cross legal or decent limits.

Will my banners include animation?

All our banners are designed with animation by default. We do understand that all clients do not like animation so we ask you to include your preference in your order form indicating that you specifically do not want animation.

What are .FLA/Source Files?

Source files or .FLA files are the Adobe FLASH files which contain the editable layers in your banner. These layers allow you to easily modify your banner. Your source file, allows you to easily edit or modify your banner without having to contact us. If you encounter any problem while editing your source file, please do not hesitate to contact us because we are here to help you. We charge extra $10 for FLA files.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If you feel that we did not satisfy you enough with our work even after five revisions, we will refund your money. However, you need inform us of your dissatisfaction with our work within 48 hours. After 48 hours we do not accept requests for refund.

Does price vary depending on the dimensions of the banner?

Price does vary depending on the dimensions of your banner. The larger the banner dimension, the more it will cost. You can view our price page where you would learn more about our popular banner sizes and its cost.
